Newborn babies often come with higher demands than parents are prepared for.
As a postpartum doula, I am an extra set of hands to help with the baby and
around the house during a time of transition. I am also an educator and bring
over 14 years of experience caring for mothers and babies.
As a starting point, I recommend a 3-4 hour shift three times a week for the
first few weeks postpartum. The needs of each individual family will vary and
my services are scalable.
